Jersey has a great work ethic and is very focused on pleasing whoever is engaging with her. She is playful and loves retrieving either on land or in the water and learning anything new. She is affectionate and gentle with everyone she meets, human or animal. She is very smart, remembering what she has learned, so she is fun to teach and quick to show off her skills.
